Shipping Coverage
We ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Note: International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed typically within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotions.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally and will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email/SMS.
- Track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.
Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, refunds or redelivery will not be possible.
Tip: Double-check your address and contact details before confirming your order.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
- Bharat Masala is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incomplete/incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, tampered, or has missing items, please:
- Record a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review your claim and provide assistance as per our Return & Replacement Policy.
Change of Shipping Address
- Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
- For changes before dispatch, contact customer support immediately.
Force Majeure
- Bharat Masala shall not be responsible for shipping delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, etc.).
- We will keep you informed in case of unforeseen delays from courier partners.
