At Bharat Masala (Jay Bharat Spices Private Limited), your satisfaction matters to us. We strive to deliver only the freshest and highest-quality products. Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our products, we have a strict policy regarding returns and replacements.

No Returns Policy

Please note:

  • All purchases made through our website are final and non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns once products are delivered, due to health and safety concerns.

Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement in the following rare cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged, tampered, expired, or incorrect.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide a clear unboxing video (details below) as proof.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To qualify for any replacement:

  • Record a continuous, unedited video from the moment you receive and open the package.
  • Clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, unsealing of the box, and the condition of the product inside.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will unfortunately not be processed.

We recommend reviewing this policy and preparing to record your unboxing immediately upon delivery.

Please include your Order ID, unboxing video & relevant photos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer care team.
  • Cancellations after dispatch are not possible.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

Additional Notes

  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.
  • Replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Bharat Masala.
  • Promotional or free items are not eligible for replacement.
