Risk Of Loss
All items purchased through electronic mode through this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch
Shipping Policy
- All orders shall be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of post of order to all destinations.
- Shipping address, pin code & contact information should be correct and any delay in delivery due to any incorrect information would be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Expected delivery time
- Within the City – 2 Working days.
- Within Zone – 3 Working days.
- Tier 1, 2, 3 cities – 6 to 8 Working days.
- Special destinations – 9 to 11 Working days
Returns, Refunds And Title
Bharat masala usually supplies fresh stocks. However, bharat masala will take the return of the product in case of only expired product or above shelf life. In this case, we will refund the entire amount deducting the fixed shipment charges into your store credit for future purchase.
Any kind of return regarding product quality and packaging will be sole discretion of Bharat Masala and will be considered only after proper checking and required proof submitted by the customer. Any kind of complaint regarding the product and shipment will be sent on [email protected] with product details, shipment details, payment details and necessary photographs of defective products.

Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any BHARAT MASALA Products / Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by BHARAT MASALA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Cuttack, Odisha.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
Minimum order
Orders of any value will be accepted which will be inclusive of taxes and packaging.
Offers
15 % discount is allowed for purchase of all products upto Rs 500
Special Offer
35 % discount is allowed on purchases of all products above Rs 500. Festive Combo offers shall be announced by the Company on website from time to time.
Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not charge anything for Shipping. It’s free!!

There are no hidden charges
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 business days. Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation by Site / Customer
Order once placed cannot be cancelled post purchase. In case of any damage or returned goods, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order after deducting fixed shipment charges. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Bharat Masala does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Bharat Masala .
10% cancellation charges will be applicable on order cancellations by customer.
